Waban Impact LLC, influenced by Lake Waban at our founder's alma mater, Wellesley College, draws its name from the Alogaonquin language where 'Waban' means wind. Rooted in this rich symbolism, we are driven to be the catalyst for societal change, guiding our clients to scale their influence. Much like the wind that sweeps over Lake Waban, we aim to bring a breath of fresh, purposeful energy to every endeavor, fostering growth and sustainable impact.

Our Founder

Callie Y. Kim

Meet Callie, the founder and CEO of Waban Impact LLC. Having grown up in Taiwan, her journey has taken her through the diverse cultural landscapes of Switzerland and the U.S.A. Callie holds Joint B.A./M.A. Degrees from Wellesley College and L'Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement. Grounded in the belief that people are at the heart of business services, her commitment lies in weaving the threads of humanity into the fabric of impactful ventures.

Trained as a consultant, Callie has collaborated with diverse entities, from governments and Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and startups. Her expertise lies in helping organizations scale their social impact work internationally. It is not merely about growth; it is about creating meaningful change that ripples across communities and transcends borders.
